The ExproSoft Quality Assurance System


The Quality Assurance System covers the main business areas and normal operations of ExproSoft AS, with main reference to NS-EN ISO-9001;

  • Services to Clients (consulting, development studies, qualification and verification work, data collection, risk and reliability analysis)
  • Products and tools (software, databases)
  • Support to Clients (procedures, systems, courses & training)
  • HSE and Company policy and strategy

The Quality Assurance Manual for ExproSoft AS covers all aspects of the Company’s business, work activities and operations, and it includes description of quality assurance measures and tools, security measures, and ethical norms, Company values and Code of Conduct.

The following is included in the Manual:

  • Organisational roles and responsibilities
  • Project quality assurance
  • Information management
  • Security
  • Quality audit
  • Ethics and Code of Conduct
  • Appendix: List of supporting documents

In addition, the supporting documents as listed in the Appendix of the Manual also forms part of the total QA system. This includes the Instruction to the Board of  Directors of ExproSoft (‘ styreinstruks ‘) and general administrative and accounting handling and storing routines.

    All employees are responsible of the work being conducted through the projects, as further described in the QA Manual.
