Maintenance Compliance Reporting
New feature in WellMaster IMS boasts flexible reporting and trend analysis of preventative maintenance.
Preventative maintenance is a key element in well integrity management, and specifically the follow-up of functional and leakage tests of barrier elements. Operators need to make sure the tests are conducted within the defined test intervals, both compliance with industry and corporate regulations, and to ensure wells are fit for operation.
WellMaster IMS already provides a powerful reporting dashboard for operational data, and we have now added to that the ability to trend if preventative maintenance is done according to maintenance intervals.
The graph above shows that the company has performed the planned tests in time for a long period until at the end, were there is a clear trend that the tests are conducted to late. The pink line shows the trend in degree of compliance. Overdue testing affects safety, and this helps address these types of trends.
Another graph available shows the number and types of overdue tests at any given date, in order to see the wells that are behind schedule, and which wells that should be prioritized. In this case W-4, W-2 and W-3 are the wells that are not followed-up properly.
